The site describes our services and lets shippers, brokers and drivers contact us. The information on it is general and may change without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer to haul a specific load or a contract of carriage.

Quotes and shipments

A rate we send in response to a quote request is an estimate based on what you told us. A shipment is booked only when we confirm it in writing, such as a signed rate confirmation. Each shipment is governed by its rate confirmation, bill of lading, any written transportation agreement between us and applicable law, including federal law on cargo claims. If those documents conflict with this website, the documents control.

Driver and owner-operator information

Pay figures, bonuses, home time and equipment described on this site are examples and current programs, not a promise of specific earnings. What a driver earns depends on miles, loads, lanes, availability and other factors. Contract drivers and owner-operators work with Atlas as independent contractors. The terms of that relationship, including pay, deductions, escrow, bonuses and equipment, are set out only in the written agreement each person signs. Bonus programs may change, and their payout rules are explained in that agreement. Sending an application through this website does not create a job offer or contract, and every applicant must meet federal qualification requirements.

Broker and carrier information

Our authority, insurance and contact details are provided to help you set us up. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms of our policies. Always confirm current coverage with a certificate of insurance issued by our agent, and confirm our authority on FMCSA SAFER.

Fraud warning

Atlas only contacts you from an @atlasfreightline.com email address or the phone numbers listed on this website. If someone claims to be Atlas from any other email or number, call us at 833-944-4494 before you share information or tender a load. We are not responsible for losses caused by people impersonating Atlas.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes sending false information, impersonating someone else, trying to break into or disrupt the site, sending spam or malicious code through our forms, or collecting information from the site with automated tools.

The Atlas name, logo, photos and text on this site belong to Atlas Freight Line Inc and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
