Text Message Terms

The program

Atlas Freight Line Inc sends text messages to drivers and owner-operators who apply with us and agree to receive them. Messages are about your application, interviews, onboarding paperwork, orientation and, once you're hauling with us, dispatch and load updates. We may also reach you on WhatsApp at the same number.

How you sign up

You opt in by checking the consent box on our driver application, or by texting us first at 773-859-2460. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of applying; you can always call us instead.

How often

Message frequency varies. You'll hear from us more while your application is moving and when you're under a load.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Atlas doesn't charge for these messages.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
• Reply HELP for help, call 773-859-2460 or email info@atlasfreightline.com.
• To stop WhatsApp messages, tell us in the chat or block the number.

Your number stays with us

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information is shared only with providers that help us send messages, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage. WhatsApp messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
